Further informal information, Administration

So there is no dress-code, or a strict regulation for your suit, you should just simply dress up elegant for the occasion. But a pair of white silk gloves is expected: to shake with the Dean of our Faculty in style.

Also, you will get a Diploma Supplement (kind of an elegant Transcript of Records, listing all your courses and results). You can pick this up on July 27th 2017, at the Study Office, room 0-417. If this date is not suitable for you, then you can also pick it up after the Graduation Ceremony (there will be some tables in the Sphere Aula for this purpose).

Diploma Apostille

In some cases it might be required to have an Official International Certification (or Apostille) of your diploma. However we have not experienced any examples for this so far: your diploma would be internationally recognized anyway.

You could consult e.g. your Embassy whether you need this or not. It must be handled by yourself, it can be done through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Nevertheless our Study Office can give you some hints on where to start.
